Wedding bouquet....?
I've always liked lilacs and you never see them that much with weddings. (either bouquets or centerpieces) ...It's different! Other flowers in purple, you could do lavender sprigs, purple iris's, hydrangeas.

There are nice slides here (the annoying subscription box does go away...)

Lots of choices -

Reply:I don't recommend the lilacs. They're my favorite flower, and if it would work, I'd do it. However, they just don't hold up long enough to be part of your bouquet. They look sad and wilty within a couple of hours, and if you have your bouquet made up the night before, they'll look terrible.
Reply:I am having orchids and roses.

My orchids are purple and the roses are pink so that they stand out.

The roses also make the bouquet a bit more robust.

(if you are interested i have a light and dark shade of pink in my roses to add some more interest/depth to my bouquet)

Look for flowers at site above.

Also, check out the Knot's Wedding Recap message board. Lots of brides post their wedding photos there. Maybe you can get some ideas from them. Good luck.

Reply:You can get hydrangeas in that color. Also lilies.
