Remember how the days flowed as a little child,

remember days of innocence, filled with wonders wild.

Remember early sunrise, when flowers they would bloom,

the sweet aroma of the breeze, drying morning dew.



Remember midnight quiet, the full moon making light,

joyfully dreaming about the day, as you're sleeping thru the night.



Remember friends and journeys', the freedom of your youth,

remember as a wide eyed child, always knowing truth.

Remember summer days filled with laughter and aplomb,

do you ever wonder,where they all have gone??



Remember silly games you played, fileds of wheat and rye,

remember all the candy stores, appelaing to the eye.

Remember allyour hopes and dreams, do you live them into sight?

Sweet childhood, days of innocence, memories of delight..

Reply:Thanks Tom.. that was like a breath of fresh air... I think that's why I love being a Mom so much... for days of laying under the trees blowing bubbles and chasing butterflies through the fields.. Perhaps we relieve the possibilities of our own lives in our children's eyes.
