Application Solve using an inequality.?

Joel plans to plant a flower garden in the front of his house, where he can fit a garden that is 8 feet wide. He wishes to use the can of wildflower mix that he got for his birthday. The can of seeds claims that it will luxuriously carpet an area of no more than 60 square feet. What are the possible dimensions for the depth of Joel's garden, so that it will be covered with wild flowers?

Application Solve using an inequality.?
Area of garden is (width)(depth)

So, right now we know the area is 8d.

8d %26lt;= 60

d %26lt;= 7.5

So, the depth of the garden must be 7.5 feet or less.
